um, no... numb nuts. Stewie and Brian are on the double decker bus taking a tour through Munich in Germany before they get to the BBC in London where Stewie was going because he wanted to go and live on Jolly Farm, the TV show. Brian was reading a tour guide book for Germany and there was no info for the years of 1938 through 1945... that was a part of the dialog...
