In this thread here where a guy asks for a regular meet in Davis, no one makes mention of any existing regular meet at all. In fact, they say if they had a regular meet they'd probably only get two people showing up consistently because their schedules all conflict so much.

i dont even wave anymore, its too much frickin effort to wave lol.
although there is one hot girl in a silver wagon.. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Well ladies and gentlemen, regulars and irregular regulars it is looking like there will be a new housewarming party in the near future.

We put an offer in on a larger house (with more parking) in Carmichael and the offer was accepted. Our house is now on the market and we priced it accordingly for a faster sale.

It has a 2 car built in carport that has a 2 car garage behind it with a single car pass through in to the back yard. On top of that the car port can be sealed off and the garage door can and will be moved forward at a later date to make the car port/garage combo a 4 car garage. It has an in ground pool/spa and the bedrooms are much larger than what we have now.

The rest of the details from the listing:
4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, 1 Half Bath
Style: Ranch
Approx. Square Footage: 1,931
Garage spots: 2
Year Built: 1966
Lot Size: 0.206
Pool: Yes
Fireplaces: 1
Levels: 1
Dining Room: Living/Dining Combo
Kitchen: Updated
Master Bedroom 1: Walk-In Closet
