i just completed phase 2 of operation "let's f roseville out of their dirty speeding ticket money" and sent in my trial by written declaration letter. we'll see just how truthful ticketassassin.com is about how easy it is to be dismissed this way.
is traffic school eligibility based on the date of the ticket, or the date of the conviction? if i can stretch this out to september i could plead guilty and take traffic school again if it's based on conviction.

No such thing, common law barley exist anymore. Plus Scott would have to prove he has paid 100% support of Rat, and he has not done that.
Rat = Mine
Turbo = 60% mine, 20% Scott, 20% Aaron
Nitro = Free to a good home that can aford to fed him.
