Mr BAN SUVS, should we stop along the way and pick up some ice, as per brucelee's request?

Sure, why not? Recommend stopping as close to the picnic area as possible, but I don't really know where that will be. We can guesstimate when we're passing the last service station on the way I guess. Oh, and since you're the wagon master for this here caravan, did you print up all necessary navigational aids?

Oh, and yes, that's really when I posted this. Be prepared to make multiple attempts to wake me up.

Oh yeah, and I just remembered to plug in my radios.

Edit: Uhhhh, whoops... they are in storage. Looks like it's cell phones for communication.

I hope everyone made it home safely. I made it home in time to watch the British GP race! Yeah!

Only downside of Mt Hammy:

Only got 26.9 miles per gallon this trip, mostly due to going up and down over the same mountain grade on Hwy 580 because I was in the wrong lane to take Hwy 205/Hwy 5. I lost 29 minutes!

I did, however, get to look at the windmills on the hilltop from all different angles.
