I'm cool with the move and time. Any suggestions on locations in Rancho or CH? We should probably try and avoid the typical ricer hangouts.

I wouldn't mind a move back to Saturdays in Natomas or Rancho. I might be a little leery of Citrus Heights on Saturday nights because of the general crackdown on street racers. We might get pulled over while just cruising down Sunrise.
Wherever you folks decide will be fine with me, though.

We were thinking the parking lot by Madison and Sunrise; there's not a ton of traffic on some areas of it, and there's teryiaki, fresh choice, fudruckers, chipotle (MATT!), panda express, etc, all right there. More central for people coming down the hill on the 50 side, or coming from the shop, opens up the I-Club hotel for after-meet hijinx, closer to a lot of people in citrus heights/RC/orangevale/granite bay, etc, and Roseville people can jet over on Sierra college or Sunrise directly.
Whaddya think?
Other ideas?
That's just a preliminary thought, but we were thinking something over on the south/east side of Sac, and then we crash Matt's place during the week; that way we're not all driving forever and a day multiple times a week.
The Gold River area wouuld be cool if it wasn't so crowded, and that's probably a little close for comfort in terms of Honda kids, and farther down Sunrise gets too close to the main mall parkign lots, where we *will* get hassled.

umms..out by Outback - how packed is the edge of the lot there on Saturday nights? other than that, I don't know where we could meet that wouldnt' suck..at least not a place with a lot of choices. Even though it's far as hell, I like down by Chipotle

I see your point about the food, though. Chipotle sounds pretty good! I'd be willing to try just about any meet location. We could always see how it goes...

I like that area, it's close, and more well lit/ populated, crowding may be an issue. I say we have a reconnoiter meet next week or something to check it out

That lot at Madison & Sunrise is not a real good idea. On Friday and Saturday nights there are DUI check points right there. Even if we're not drinking, we don't need the extra hassle. I used to go to the club at McGee's and the cops were always at that corner.
I'm not familiar with RC so I can't offer any suggestions.
