Oh, and I wanted to say thanks again to you guys. Even though I sorta put this together (though it wouldn't have worked without you guys showing up all the time ), I didn't want to push the issue of a move since I did take the job that conflicts with the meets schedule. It's really cool that you guys are willing to move days just for me. *sniffle*

Do you know if your company uses Websense or some sort of tool to monitor the content and frequency of use? My company does and the managers get a report. Big brother sucks.

He's at the same company he was before, just a different department.

I think we need a group hug. (wow, the Google Image search on "group hug" is scary)

Would anyone be opposed to changing the meet to say mondays at 7pm ?

since Matt started the whole meet and he has to work now on saturday nights, I think it would be nice if our regular meets were to move to a day he can join in the fun

I figure the official meets be on monday night, and the rest of us can still get together on saturdays for whatever as well

what do you guys think ?
Hey! I'll actually be able to go to a few meets without making the Home Depot excuse!!!!

They do send reports to managers by request, however my manager rocks. He was my manager about a year ago till he moved in to the group where I now work. He used to get pissed at me for alt-tab'ng when he walked over - not because I was surfing, but because he didn't care that I was surfing and that I was trying to be sneaky about it (and also that I sucked at it). If you're getting your work done and taking care of business, he's cool with whatever you do (so long as it doesn't violate policy - so no **** and such). He rocks.
