Would anyone be opposed to changing the meet to say mondays at 7pm ?

since Matt started the whole meet and he has to work now on saturday nights, I think it would be nice if our regular meets were to move to a day he can join in the fun

I figure the official meets be on monday night, and the rest of us can still get together on saturdays for whatever as well

what do you guys think ?

Hey, Mike, I'm reading through that thread, and it looks like it's another guy with the 65% left on his tires; the S03's look a little more used than that. (not busting your *****, just looking) 10,000 miles can put a pretty hefty amount of wear down on 'em.

I think i'm gonna have to pass, I don't need S03's (or any new tires) bad enough right now to go in the hole for 'em.
Sorry, man

Umm, when do you need money by?
*waiting on tax return and paycheck*

I'd take 'em, but it may be the 15th-20th before I could shell out for 'em. 65% left, you say?

Let me know what your timeframe is on these.
In a month, it'd be no problem, but I'm a tad short right now.
I can hold them for a month. If you're 100% that you'll buy them, I'll pick up the set now. PM me.

For the time being I can't make it on Mondays (or any other weekday) since I'm in the Bay Area all week. I may get laid off between now and the end of May though.

Anyone need a certified Project Management Professional with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 8 years of design and project management experience?

I'll say the same thing I did for the strutbar; if someone else wants them and has cash in hand, go for it.
I must have misread that post. I'll have to go back and read it again.

I've got the automated job search agents from Monster, HotJobs, America's Job Bank, Flipdog, Dice, Career Builder, and a couple of others sending me postings almost every day. I had an offer a couple of weeks ago, but the company was a bit disorganized and they were offering a low salary. They wanted someone to head a department and help revamp the company but they only wanted to pay for an entry level person. Go figure!

"You pay peanuts, you get monkeys" A very wise person told me that long ago...

No other bites recently. At least I should get a nice sized severance package from my company.

I did the same thing like 6 times, it's not very clear.

File me w/ Dorifto in the tire-kickers corner, apparently; my eyes are bigger than my wallet right now

It's worth noting that subydude does sell wheels all the time on Ebay for like 400-500 brand new, so even if you sold these tires, you'd still be dropping $450 on used wheels....
Might check it out.

OMG if the meets are moved to Monday the Reno crew might not be able to make the "real" meets.

We can still come down for the other get togethers.

You guys rock whatever Day it is!

Works okay for me. Since we may be changing the day of the week and any weekday is the same to me ('cept maybe rush hour Fridays), is Monday the best day for Matt?

Hopefully your next job will be closer to home. Good luck, Mr. Egan (I'm still working on getting that changed).

It gives him time to recover, and it doesn't conflict with any other BAIC meets, so we still have the "visitor" potential we did before....

I'm all for it, two weekly Sac meets works for me. We keep Saturday as the old standard, at least until we figure out a good balance. At that point, if we see everybody coming out mondays *instead* of Saturdays, we can decide what to do with Saturday then.
