we didn't go either. The Reno guys and Kevin left the shop a little late, and the line was HUGE at the karts. The Reno guys decided to head home, so Kevin, Nicole, Mike and I went back to Mikes for a few drinks and talked until shortly after 2am (which was really 3am since we're on the new times now). Thanks for having us over, Mike - the alcohol drowned the memories of earlier in the night

I'm calling the sales guy right now - I'm going to see if they can hook me up on an STi and I'll just give em my car. Otherwise, I'll be taking my car in tomorrow (Monday) for service. Thanks for your help, everyone.

I was already thinking about it anyway, and like I've said, I paid for an STi and drove home in a WRX, so if they get me out of my car (which I found out I owe less on than I thought) and put me in an STi, my payments won't go up much at all, and I can work some insurance magic that will actually drop my monthly cost on that too

So I might be able to get in to an STi for $20 or $30 more per month than I pay now. I'm not going to screw myself though, so if they can't work it, I'll be rocking a rental till my car is fixed

It's this clunking noise from the head on the pass. side. Nate thinks it sounds like a loose shim/bucket/valve - that's what he wrote down for me anyway.

Well, I talked with the dealer in Roseville today and they will only give me $18k for my car, which isn't enough for me to get the STi. I'm gonna take my car to Maita for service I think, so I'll go in and talk to the sales guys there tomorrow. Maybe they can make me a deal Roseville won't..we'll see.
