I went to my boss' computer and it gives the option of saving in JPEG format. The computer is alot newer.

Use IrfanView to convert image formats and re-size images. Freeware.

Well, guys, I got my official start date and schedule today for my new job. I'll be working nights (7pm-6am) Wednesday - Saturday, meaning I can't hit the meets anymore beginning 4/13/04.
