It's more like "oh, it's friday, i don't mind sititng on the phone with tech support becuase it means I don't have to do any real work"
Meanwhile, my metrics shoot throught he roof becuase I've been waiting for their half-ISDN connection to download the newest JAva VM because their sysadmin graciously disabled activeX controls at the firewall.
Scary thing is that it's only been a 3 day week, and I still feel like killing people

i have no sympathy for those clowns as they wasted close to 3 hours of my day trying to diagnose what's wrong on *my* end before they'd even be willing to look at their end. turns out they simply didn't activate the upgraded service. coulda been done 10 minutes into the call if they didn't automatically assume the customer is a dumbass.
