if you already have a engine designed to be turbocharged, why would you want to deal with the hassle of trying to turbo a non-turbo engine? especially one with a track record of going boom when not tuned properly?
I just want to go faster. How much faster, I dont care, but anything faster then I go now. RS engine, WRX engine, I dont really care... As for turbocharging a non-turbo engine, I probably wouldnt do the RS engine, but my EJ18 turbo kit is still in the works, and who cars if it explodes, I know of 2 EJ18's right now that arent being used, and the recycler yard sells them for $300
But I really like the idea of the 98 RS engine with ECU and such... I mean, it would be 100% legal and I could even get it passed by the ref!
