You don't need to do all of that for a track day....just check your fluids(brake and oil), change your oil after the track day. It's about having fun and learning the line of the track and working on your skill. Once you have done all that... then tires and all that other stuff will be useful. Don't worry about breaking your daily driver, you won't be driving it that hard or at that level untill you've had a lot of track time under your belt. Learning the skill part of it is best before the speed and power...

Aaron- I'll be there.

girlracer- Good points, but I am not relishing the idea of driving a 4EAT at the track. I might put forth the track fee, but I'm still undecided.
