I ended up not going. I had put my old S03s on stock wheels on, the ones with the cording on one tire from bad alignment- and since Scott didn't go, I wouldn't have been able to get my other wheels back until tomorrow. Didn't want to drive 100 miles on them, so I put the P1s back on, and by then it was too late to go. Oh well, there's always next week.

By the way, I have a helmet you can borrow next week if you like. Snell M2000 closed face, size Medium (I think).

Thanks for the offer. I'll just pick up my brother's helmet the day prior, if we go. He's not using it much since his Mustang has a water pump leak or something (he's hoping to pick up either a WRX wagon or Forester XT in the near future!). I've ordered an inexpensive SA2000 open-face helmet and bag for Buttonwillow. I might even have it before next Wednesday.

So, any conclusion on the meet location for this weekend?

A few of us Reno types will be in Sac on our way back from Sears Point Sat evening around 5 or 6... where should we meet ya?

(And now that I think about it, some of us will be in Sac Friday night too, since we're driving down so we don't have to drive Reno to Sears early in the morning... anything going on?)
