i just have a question...umm isnt the sunrise in-n-out like surrounded by cops? i get a window tint ticket everytime im there, cant ever pull my windows down ontime before a oinker spots me, also the krispy creme is the biker gang's meeting place i think just dont know when,... the sunrise furniture store lot by the bridge is taken by the american muscle car meets. and the lowes by barnes and nobles use to be a meeting where everyone came to, lowriders/street racers/ seen a few subies also, and bikes. stock non stock. ye someone did get shot there so its patrolled by cops in every direction u look. umm ye thanks for reading my post....enjoy ur stay.

and yeah, most cops will bust you for breaking the law. citrus heights pd is just a little overzealous about it. think roseville pd of a few years ago.
