haha! but i did cut my springs waaaay back like 94/95, when i first had my 93L,(remember that car ted, it was in the BDG display on a polaroid during the very 1st meet, think i was the only GC8 there, even won the cool blue race gas), and ran those for like almost up until 2002 on stock shocks, until i upgraded to eibach/kyb combo...yes it was ghetto, bouncy, but hella low

oh yeah, bump for the drive

LMAO, my bad....ok so I was a little slow on that....

Week day drives are the best up on skyline. I go on days off with my bike and only once with the scooby. Too many people and tourists cruising through on the weekends. You might see 4-5 cars on a weekday around 1pm.

Allright, meeting spot is the junction of Hwy 35 and 92, the parking lot/turnout on the side of 35 where it dead-ends at 92, at 11:45AM today, Sunday 3/6/05.

damn Skyline Drive was a blast today...

one of my co-workers has a blue '04 wrx, w/Tein springs and ES100's on stockers, and he came along with one of his friends.

we took 24 to the Bay Bridge to get down there, really a nice clear day, especially in SF!

we saw almost many sweet classic mopar cars coming back from HMB on the 92.

on 35 before and after the 84 junction, we were running with an older S4, a newer S4 Avant, 3 other wrx's and 3 STi's, and a gorgious restored '63 split-window Stingray 'Vette.

saw a Ducatti 999R factory race replica bike, and a Harley Davidson full-fairing racebike from the early 90's.

I'm very happy with the new S-03's and the alignment with front camber bolts, my car is really handling great.

Can't wait for the Mt. Hamilton/Mines road drive James (Long Travel WRX) has planned for the end of the month, I should have my new brake rotors, pads, lines, fluid, and M/C brace installed by then!
