I have already contacted the MPD in regards to the situation and they told me to just call them if it ever happened again. =/
AND the company never got back to me in regards to the email I sent them, therefore I contact the BBB. Here's a copy of what I sent them.

Complaint Text
I am filing a complaint against Mr. Steven Harrell, District Manger of Security Code 3 for harassing, threatening, and profiling myself as well as my friends with no probable cause for doing so. He was unethical and disrespectful. His position is to work in the back office, not out in the field. That is the Security officers’ job.
He has no right to confront us in such a manner that could have been endangering to our lives as well as his security officers.
My friends and I had just arrived and before any of us had the opportunity to turn off our cars and get out of the car, I noticed this man in a suit hovering over a few of my friend’s car. As I got out of my car to approach Quickly to grab something to drink, this same man, stops us and tells us:
"Let me tell you people something. I want you to get out of here unless you're
going to buy something. And after you grab whatever you need to grab, I want you to get out of here in less than 30 minutes or I am going to kick you out and have you and your friends arrested for loitering.”
I don’t understand what we did wrong. We barely got there and now we’re being threatened by a man who didn’t identify himself.
Later after buying my drink, I was approached by Security officers J. Gonzalez and Dennis, who worked for Steven Harrell. They apologized on his behalf and gave me his business card to file a complaint. Both officers told me that we weren’t the first people that Steven Harrell has harassed in the past year.
Resolution Sought:
Security officers Dennis and J. Gonzalez requested that I file a complaint towards Mr. Harrell, because they felt Mr. Harrell's actions were
inappropriate because he put their lives at risk. We did not loiter in any way and both Security officers can both verify this on our behalf. Therefore, I would like Security Code 3 to not only terminate Mr. Steven Harrell from their company but make sure that this never happens again by letting all companies he applies to after to know of his actions.

I've seen that guy before at my work place next plaza over.
He was a dick then as well, so we kicked him out for talking down to one of my employees.
Funny how he is a A-hole while on duty as well as off
