Speaking of Lancers. What's up with the black Lancer that does the ricer flybys around both groups every other week? That guy never says anything to anyone. Just parks, talks on his phone, and leaves. Occasionally physically getting out of the car and looking around for a few seconds. It's always this one dude in a dress shirt.

I know exactly who your talking about. I think he has a sticker that says Racing Lab. He's a bald guy right? Everytime we see him we're like "Uhh, that random guy is here again to walk around, not talk, then leave". WTF?
