The signup at UL won't be online for at least a month. We'll let everyone know when it's ready.
We'll have more info on this track day on Monday.

Okay, here's the deal. We obviously did not reach 55 spots (or anywhere close to that). Lance and I can't take the risk of paying up front for the 20 extra spots and not being able to fill them in time. Therefore, we are going with a semi-exclusive event. We are going to reserve (and pay the deposit) for 30 spots. I realize we have 35 signed up here, but inevitably some people will have to back out due to scheduling conflicts or whatnot and I don't want to be stuck with unfilled spots. For the first 30 folks that signup, we are looking at entry fees of $190, reduced from the normal $215. That reduction is due to our two sponsors. The price could drop again if we find additional sponsors, and in that case we would refund accordingly. There will still be another 40 or 50 spots with unlimitedlaps.com, but they will be at the regular rate and will be open to anyone.
I'll post again when the signup opens up online. I hope we get at least the 30 and put on a great Subaru showing. Thanks to everyone for their support, especially Joe with Alfas and Subarus, and the crew at SubyDude.

Yeah, unfortunately it doesn't make a whole lot of sense for us to have our own run groups because everybody would get less track time, or we would have to mix the range of driver skill level too much which can be both frustrating to the faster people and scary for the less experienced folks.
Look on the bright side, it'll be fun to have other cars to whoop on anyways!!

I would be one of those people. I won't run in a run group that has first timer hot-heads in it. Mixing high speed people and low speed nervous people is not a good idea in my book.
