Sounds like Cobb needs to get with the program....err....
I know Mines (the JDM Tuning Company) likes to use the OEM Intake on their projects, but there are plenty of tuners out there that use after market intake setups.

Most tuners have been strongly against intakes on our cars until recently. The SPT is very tuneable from everyone I've talked to and the K&N does pretty well.
The new generation of intakes are getting with the picture. Shoot doesn't cobb have a new one out? And Prodrive.

Hey yeah i was sure that i had watched a program saying it was the fastest lol....
I spoke to gruppe-s this morning they quoted me like $800 dollars for an accessport with the protune. DO you recon its worth it, alone the accesport was like $585. They also recomended getting a down pipe but im not too sure about this cat less thing, im just too unlucky to risk it.... Also what happens when it come to smogging ?

good thing about the access port is you can always go right back to stock. Tuning is usually 150 or so per map. It's definately worth it to get ap over ecutek, as far as catless, when smog time comes, put the stock dp on, smog it, then put it back. Catless is the way to go!!!

**** yeah, Aston Martin all they way, DBR9, its one of the best looking cars ever made and i bet it goes like **** off a shovel as well.
I think that it roughly takes around an hour or so..... for the protune.
