anyone good with wiring? I want to wire a cigarette lighter in one of the blanks on the left side of the wheel

The drivers suck *****, I tried to run it on my MBP and after like 15hours of trying to make it work the way it should i just gave up

You just have to find a 12v source and tap into it. wish i could give more help but i dont know the wiring on the car that well. there are prob some how tos on it if you google it.

yeah i been tinkering with it, I updated it and it fixed hella **** that was causing me problems, only problems i have now is external monitor not working but i think its cause DVI doesnt work with it only VGA. And thats it for now lol.

I might be able to help you there, there is a thread on sl-i.net with a guy putting in two extra cig lighters. I'll look for it.

as long as we cover the conections with shrink tubing and electical tape it shouldnt ragea fire lol

but we can also use these things called suitcases which all we would need then is a pair of pliars

awesome! Ill probably just do a cig lighter, whole reason for this is I plan to get a car mount and mount it on the far left of the dash or windshiend, I dont want the cig lighter wont reach over there.
