Justin, car wouldn't start at all with ckp being bad. Cmp wouldn't make it shut off. So thos are out. Maf is possible but it's unlikely cuz like dino, it would just lug. (maybe just shoot it with maf cleaner to be sure) and airfilter seems like it could be a factor but I don't see why it would kill it. I wanna say you just did something with the key in your half awake state. =P
