dTek did you install the 2nd disk? also if it not there from what i can remember they're maybe a redeem code in the case. anyways the place is under Benchmark i believe its Benchmark Layout A or whatever one that looks like a piece of SPAM

I dont have it 
I go to my cars, choose my STi, choose Test Drive and it has all the regular tracks from the game. no benchmark anything. I know I installed the 2nd disk cause I remember changing them out when directed...maybe I have to uninstall/reinstall? But then Im going to lose all my game data
