where did you get this information? The only way to make it "legal" at the state level is to get an RX from a dr you have to pay off in cash.. and then if you get caught with it you still get arrested.. they still take it.. they tow your car if you were driving(doesnt matter about if you were dui) and thats at the state level.. dont even get me started on the federal level. Federal could come get you at any time. As soon as you are on the "legal" list its a matter of time before you meet a cop. State or fed level doesnt matter.

Is something new happening that im not aware of?

They are putting it on this coming up ballot to make mj legal for recreational purposes in CA. So it will be treated just like beer.
But of course, at the fed level.... still illegal.

Oh and most of the times cops dont really care if you have a nug. They will prob just make you stomp it out (according to my cop buddies). But if it looks like you are transporting... u go down.

oh so i was gonna buy coils this week but unfortunately as some of you know from a while back (few months) my dad was going through some problems with kaiser/his work and stuff. well he ended up getting fired on tuesday so unfortunately i cannot spend my coils money until he gets a new job just in case they need a little help with bills or anything and i will get the money back when they have it. thats all i have to say about that...
