I know I'm new and everything and that I don't know most of you nearly as well as you know each other, but I kind of see this thread as something that has turned into a forum community in itself. The fact that we spam it so much does still help to promote the meets, but in all honesty it seems to me like its more of a venue to just generally BS about stuff among a group of friends. To me that is an awesome thing because it keeps all of DefSik/J Status posts in one place and allows the ppl who come out to the tuesday and thursday meets to get to have a place to talk to one another, plan events, and yeah bull**** and that includes posing pictures and videos of stuff, which to me are generally pretty much always on topic to that of Subaru's or at least cars in general. I know that you were upset about something on the forums on saturday night and you mentioned how you didnt like the direction the forums were headed. Honestly im not sure what thats about, maybe its none of my buisness, but you posted it on the forum with almost no indication of what you were eluding to as far as how the forum seems to be degrading, and with such a vague statement it would seem like there would be almost no chance of any change occuring as nothing was explicitly said to be a problem or why it was so.
Ive only been seriously on here for a little more than a month so I can't speak to what it used to be like, but I have to say, coming in fresh about a month ago, not knowing anyone except Stevie and Curtis, I felt completely welcomed into the group and I think a big part of that was reading this forum to get to know more not only about my car but also to get to know more about the guys who come out to the meets.

This is what I think.....
Everyone needs to resolve their issues that they're having. We are all adults here. I know there is a lot of new faces and all of you are cool. I have no negative things to say, I'm chill with everyone.
It's a given that the more people we get the more different attitudes we get. But we need to learn how to absorb some imperfections from others.
I'm pretty sure these are minor issues that can be talked about and resolve man to man. Our group has only been about positive things.
You guys need to weigh in all the things we have done all together/history and such and these little issues that we are having....it doesn't weigh the same.
All I'm saying is, if there is an issue, talk about it (address it directly) These are the things that can destroy us as a group. If left untouched and unfixed.
If there is new people coming and hanging out. As always we give them a warm welcome, that's why they come back and steady chill. First impression is important but that doesn't mean that's how their impression will be forever. It will change eventually to good or bad.
You guys talk it out.... We fam....
