You guys think you will offer discount/free track time for instructors?

So anyways, do you guys have any idea on date? How about a month? Prices go up for weekends and summer months. Might want to do this on a weekday before "summer" starts. Looking at the calendar, the only available day is May 20th. Unless you want something in June...

Who would be interested in a Def'Sik J-Status TRACK EVENT???

Seriously interested and not "i'll do it" but never pay or show up?
This would be a track even that WE sponsor.
We would have the track all to our selves.
It would be an all day event 8am-5pm
Looking at maybe 30-40 drivers? (the more drivers, the less each pays, but more traffic on the track)
Split it into A,B,C groups (corresponding to ability). 20 mins each group.
So that would be 3 runs around the track before noon and 4 runs after lunch (total 3.5 hours or track time)

Of course just gauging interest.

Okay... got it done. I think imma change it to a "preliminary" list to get the names down first.

Have them come down. We want to meet them.

That would be something worth considering. If this track day in fact does happen, we would talk about it

I agree. I've already been in talks with Thunderhill staff. We are looking at maybe July or August. I dont recall them telling my that the track rate goes up in the summer. But it does go up on weekends. So weekday Monday - Thursday would be our best bet.

Right now we are trying to see if it is worth it to hold this event. SO FAR SO GOOD!!!
