Well that was cool. I was the dude with the black Lightning. Nice to see a couple familiar faces and meeting a couple new people. I'll try to get back there next week, although I'm gonna shoot for hitting UCKK for the first time on Tuesday as well.

Wow, Jon's new engine is siiiiiiick. We had some... err.. "fun" on the highway on the way home and even without a hoodscoop or downpipe or tuning, peak power is just as fast or faster than my STI.
Nice find Jon.
Also, according to the Daikin Clutch application guide (Exedy), I should have cover FJC517 and disc FJD802. My kit came with FJC517 and FJD013U. I have no clue if FJD013U is the same - I can't find any reference to that part in the application guide. It's the right outside diameter (225) but otherwise, who knows. I've emailed DK, hopefully they can tell me.
Nice find Jon.

Thanks Dan, I knew it would be worth it to bring my car to BDG's. Can't wait to put on the 3" downpipe. A new problem found 2nite - I gotta find a shifter kit that would stop me from miss-shifting all the time

You have the correct parts. Anew part # was introduced for the disc after our catalog was printed.

I think being asian gives you like 10+WHP, when that car of Jon's was stock and my WRX was stock he was hauling so much *** on 280 after the HMB drive when mr. Dan was still pre-STi.
Are you going to be at the beginning of summer meet at starbucks in freakmont on sunday? I might be there if the woman has to work, I wouldn't mind a little meet and drive.
