I'm going to have to bow out of the drive because I need to get the Alfa sending unit re-installed in my car for a couple of rallies I've got coming up in the next two weeks. I may make the drink, but not 100% sure.

Not yet. I'm going to get the route sorted out tomorrow night (gotta finish my taxes this evening

). Regardless, I'm thinking 10:00 sounds about right for meeting. Should we just plan on meeting at Lagunitas and making it a round trip drive?
