What range were you headed to?

I'm not even going to say when the last time my car was washed. It'll be washed before the meet next week though. 3-month old babies certainly don't allow much free time for daddies

Circle-S out past Two Rock Coast Guard Station. Been there a couple times since I picked up my Beretta PX4 Storm. It seems to be a pretty cool range if you don't break the rules. hehe

You're welcome to try mine out if you want. They're pretty hard to find around here.

That'd be great. I'd love to take you up on that sometime. I'm just concerned that a 9mm is too much gun for the little lady. I was thinking about starting off with a .22 both for the accuracy and the cheap ammo. She's shot a Ruger .22 and had a lot of fun with it so I thought something like that would be a good starting point.

Mine is a .40 caliber. It probably has a little more kick than you're looking for. It does have a rotating barrel design that is supposed to help supress the recoil a bit. I haven't shot a .40 other than this one, so I couldn't really tell you how effective it is. You are still welcome to shoot it, just buy the ammo.

I ran out of time this weekend. Too busy being lazy.
I did take it down to the car wash last night. Not something I like to do, but I wanted her to be pretty for the meet Thursday.

Of course I'd be buying the ammo. No free rides here

is there are drive going on befor the beers start going down?
I was going to drive out to hog island oyster co. in Marshall and down a dozen or so oysters. Marshall-Petaluma Rd. has great twisties and hardly any one takes that road except a few bikers every once in a while.

Talking

No drive planned before this meet. I'm thinking we'll try to set that up for the April meet if we can generate enough interest. For now let's just see how many folks we can get together to just shoot the sht. Do you think you'll be joining us? I'm trying to get a good head count before I call them and see about reserving a table. Let me know.

As it stands now, we're looking like we'll have 12 people:

eastbaysubaru (Brian)
AndyC (Andy)
earthcrisis
nic3...
Ddraig (+1)
buzzword
vodka
Jomama (Joe)
Irish Car Bomb
Roo (Greg)
Pliedes (Silke)

If you can't make it please let me know ASAP!
