Will this one suck like the one in July or will it be cool like the one last January?

well...

For the first post, It was a FREE MEET the first year, and parking was extra ($10-$12) directly to the garage. This year, we had to reserve the venue for just our gathering along with paying other expenses. So it short, the $10 extra charge is to cover our cost, supplies, and time. When you PRE-reg, YOU GET A *free* Pacific Rim designed event t-shirt which I think is fair! We do FREE meets throughout the year so if you're only interested in "JUST FREE" EVENTS", check the website for updates on our FREE EVENTS

jdmtheory.com

for the second post, which July event are you referring too?

Peace
JUNIOR

Fyi

It's both, you'll see a lot of nice perfornace cars there and it's a nice get together..... no lambo doors or chrome mirrors and tv screens, just straight up performance enthusiasts...

hope this helps

Some of the hondas looked rice to me. (white honda with carbon hood, red wheels with polished lips) So did the scion. Are you going to do car checks before entering the garage? Not many spaces and it won't be fun to look at scions and carbon fiber hondas.

it would be so much easier (and healthier) if this meet was held outside at the Stonestown Theater parking lot. I'm sure management wouldn't mind since they barely ever have cars in that lot in the first place. Plus it would be free.

Weather wouldn't be much of a problem since I'm guessing the next big meet would be in the Summer.

I agree with TurnWRX about the health issue.

go for it man...

U guys can org your own meet up in the outdoor parking lot, that's cool -

The J-town meets are our trademark and home to us in terms of our shows and gatherings. It's legit and approved with J-town mall Management and the city of SF - It's LEGIT and altohugh the last JANUARY get together meet had a smog problem, it wont happen this year and hasn't since. The staff didn't turn on the ventilation fans until 1-2pm and it was already a problem. The last indoor garage meet , we had the fans on before the meet even started.

The January event is NOT A MEET and is a showcase gathering of bay area enthusiasts. We do *FREE* meets throughout the year and welcome everyone to join in on the fun! This particular event is helping raise funds for us to be able to do more street festivals and out door car shows (OBON/CHERRY BLOSSOM)

FYI

thanks
