I would like a final head count by the 11th but Im pretty sure they won't bill my card until the day before the race. Last time we added a few people the Day of the race. So just to be on the safe side I'm gonna say latest notification will be Thursday the 15th. I plan on making the reservation by the 13th.

from the looks of it now, there's probably going to be space available at the day of the event. Yuri and I was added on the day of the last one. just get there early on the day. i know super track starts after 5, but can we try to get an earlier spot if it's possible.

 

yeah we havent filled the max amount of racers yet.... so you might be ok to show up. just keep an eye on the thread n see if any others decide to join in.
