thanks. as far as buget goes its not too bad. i picked it up for $4000, but i made sure that my car was paid off before i got a bike.
Yeah there is a danger factor, but riding a bike is so much fun. its like the feeling you got when you first stomped on the gas on your sti, but you get that everytime. I still love to drive my suby, but splitting lanes is so much better.

Any southbay/eastbay ppl want to roll up in a pack? I posted in rs25.com also. Just figured we'd all go up together.
I guess southbay (sj, cupertino, milpitas, sunnyvale, saratoga) people, we could all meet at AMC mercado or Ranch 99 and then continue on and join other east bay people (fremont, newark, hayward) and then just continue on.
What do you think?

Hey count me in.
I'm just curious on what the ETA is for the first stop (thats the dam right??)
Being the lazy davis student that I am, I may have trouble waking up to be past vacaville by 9:30ish.
Thanks!

Seeing how there will be some 70+ cars (give or take), starting at 10, and its about 28 miles to the dam, you should be able to meet up with the group if you are at the dam pretty much any time from 10:30-11 I'd guess.

ya, but if you do that then you most likely won't get in the right group for the drive, either too advanced or too boring. just be on time, davis is 15 minutes away.... dont be a bum

your more than likely not going to get in the group that you want. Just get there on time and enjoy the before stuff too. plus you'll miss jons pep talks
