If you go to Vallejo.. there's this place inside the SeaFood City mall. It's called DJ's and it has really cheap Filipino food that's REALLY good. 3.50 for a two item combo with rice. anyway one of the items you can pick is fried Chicken skin. Mmmmmmm!!! soooo good with La-ing and rice.
