Do you need to get the fluids changed even though you don't use the car?

I went to this club once and parked my car in a garage. I went back to get something and I found a closer parking spot next to the security/garage attendent. He came up to me and we started talkin and he pointed out two cars that were in the garage. There was this 90's BMW that had that paint that changes color when you look at it at a different angle... and there was a Mustang cobra in red. He said he was selling them. But all that time, I was just wondering why he had both cars there. That's just weird. Anyway.. he was selling the cobra for about 20K and the bmw for about 18K... I wonder if he still has them. Not that I would buy it.. but gosh that cobra looked sweet.

I'd buy it if I knew how much he wants for it. I've wanted one of those for a long time, but it maybe overpriced like the some other cars.
