If your not use to go karting, youre body vibrates around or the length of the match. If you go for an hour or two at around the course, your gonna be feeling it.
You go from 0 to 40 - 45, maybe more if your (weight) isnt too big of a factor. Sweat build up in those jumpsuits. Carbon Monoxide builds up if its indoors, its physically taxing.
You might even get a headache afterwards from all the laps. It is mentally and physically taxing. You may (will) be downing advil's, tylenols, and excedrins afterwards.
