It seems that I have a melon patch to attend to that weekend. Pruning the "honeydo" is important to staying happy.

Have fun guys!!

FYI- ive already found a place for our BBQ. its gonna be located on stevenson blvd and galudet (sp?) that place is located near the bball court/ tennis courts/ and theres a lot of open fields. ill try and get there early to reserve that spot or i may even call the city to have that spot for us.

theres a big lot there, but since it may be the weekend lots of ppl with their kids may want to enjoy the park, so if possible i may place cones on parking spots for us.

Kevin, if you wanna meet up sometime this weekend or early next week, id be more than happy to show you around. hit me up.

that be cool if you can reserve spots, but then we will really have to know for sure who and how many people will be attending.

Bump! for today, Ave has come up with a spot in lake elizabeth so its official there. we might need some help with the bbq, as in cooking. and reserving some spots. If there is anyone down to help just let us know, but so far 23+ people are going so should be a good one. everyone keep posted and check back the bbq is coming soon, and i would like to bump for everyday.

hey ave, just an FYI. the reservable spots at lake elizabeth cost $$. last i checked 5-6 years ago it was $200 or so. the bigger spots with the bbq pits are about $400. i suggest just getting there early and switching off the post with other people willing to spend saturday morning watching the ducks and joggers go by (not a bad job so long as it's a couple of you and you have your hot drink in hand).
