we have to choose a place that is regardless of the weather and the sky, we can still take good pictures. so i am thinking somewhere colorful and has some history. somewhere old and rustic. the presidio sounds great to me.

The Presidio would be great. Historical, semi-quiet, beautiful, everything.

But I'm a beginner at photography, so would I be okay to come out, or would I just get lost amongst all the technical talk?

saturdays are pretty bad anyway in san francisco with all the weddings. when i used to shoot weddings out there, it was hell trying to find a place to park. of course sunday is tourists, but we should be ok. we should pick a sunday that there is no major thing going on in the city.

Talk, talk, talk...

Lets dooooo eeeet!

How about Thanksgiving weekend. Enough time to let the turkey wear off and may be a long weekend for a lot of folks. Daytrip to Sonoma, Big Sur, or come over this way and maybe up to Yosemite?
