They can't call it loitering if you have a receipt for something. And if they even try to say it is, then how are they going to explain the people that sit outside Cold Stone on the planter boxes eating their ice cream as not loitering as well? o_O
The area is meant for shoppers and customers. As long as we're customers, then they can't do ****. Other than pop your hoods lol. But if we're not near the cars, then they can't even do that..

Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays for now, plus other times if I know in advance and can make arrangements. 'Babysitting' is not a primary job. I do it becuase I have a passion for children and love to be around babies. I'm a early childhood educator (teacher) 
. I am fully trained and certified. I'm actually watching Alan's daughter tomorrow and have been watching her since she was 5 months old (she will be 2 in August). I usually charge $9-$10. Depends, your my friend so it's what will work for you. Let me know, your baby is adorable and I would love to watch her!
