I would flip the F U C K out and kill some one. That is completely unacceptable.
After that I would file some thing with the BBB. That should get the owner’s attention and you the desired solution you want.

well then call the shop and demand money, that is complete bull****. last time i checked, you took your car in to get serviced, not for them to go joy ride.

how about 401? my car was driven 401 miles in the last month by them. i have paper work stating the miles when the dealer ship got done with my car, and there were 401 miles more then that on it and i picked it up this monday when i demanded the car back. subaru paper work states my car was done in good running condition on 3-12-09. strange to anyone? no one returns calls anymore either. such good business.
