nooooo lol. That would be THE DUMBEST thing to do

DUI and then a DUI while on duty.... kiss your rank away, forfit your pay and get the lower ranked pay, pay big *** fines, get chewed out by a ton of people, have to go to classes, etc etc. It's much worse than just to be joe schmo getting a DUI on the street

I don't think its a guaranteed discharge but it can be depending on how bad the person F'd up or was drunk. Honestly there's no excuse to have a DUI regardless of civ or military.
