Dude, I totally feel you on that. I'm seriously addicted to it. If I miss a day, I seriously think that everything I've done is for nothing.

And running is overrated. Do some plyometrics with me one day. I'll show you a cardio routine!!

Yeah, that would have been a good line. Lemme give you a call so I know you didn't drop it again.

running isn't that over rated. especially if you do 10-12 miles.

anyway, days off are good. i finally took a week off after consistently working out 5 days a week for the past 4 months. i actually saw myself get in better shape from taking that week off.

I'm just as addicted lol. The group I work out with at the college in the mornings may kinda hate me except a few since they can hang lol. I honestly love running and love it even more when I'm listening to some cadence calls. Oh and the runners "high" too

btw....if youre sick let your body rest as you seriously will not be doing your body any good pushing it like that when sick. And your body does need at least a day or 2 to rest, recoupe, and grow. Look into overtraining as it CAN and WILL hinder your progress.

Running is great for health, but bad for weight loss/muscle growth. Look into studies done by Canadia-Land's McMasters University kineisiology dept. in 2007. Human's were born to be runners for the hunter/gatherer ****, but shorter high-intensity anaerobic workouts burn fat quicker than hitting the pavement.

Don't buy into mass media!!!
