I doubt anyone has any but just thought I'd ask anyways.....Anyone have any kettlebells I could borrow? Something around the 25-30lb range. I'm going to give Crossfit a try since I desire more PT punishment

FYI this is a kettlebell if you'd like to know lol:

come on now, i was there, just a little late . i'll try and make it out also.
quick question for ya'll: if i install a larger tmic, will it hurt anything? like run lean or anything weird like that? i know a tune would be ideal, but i'm not done with the power mods and i don't want to have to spend $350 twice for a tune.

thanks, chris

It will not hurt at all. Well, it also depends on how aggressive the tune is. You should be safe.

Haha not exactly but I see alot of special ops jobs like Seals, PJ, etc like to use this program. I'm just finding the normal work out of doing weight training, HIIT, cardio+calesthetics, etc. aren't punishing enough for me and become somewhat easy. I love to keep pushing myself physically and want to try to get Warhawk status

btw - I would have tried for PJ or CCT if I could actually swim well.

It's 95% mental. I can't swim as well as some of the guys I was in training with, and I passed indoc.

One day maybe I'll give it a shot, but as for now I just need to get through a few things first. I think this crossfit routine may be what I'm looking for though.

Try the XP90 routine. That will get you set fast. It's a b!#@& of a woukout, but it works.

I'll check it out. I'm kinda just trying the crossfit if it fits what I need/want to do at the moment. Right now I'm just focusing on the basics pushups, situps, pulls and running.

I can knock out 60+ pushups easy, ran a mile today in 7min. 38sec so I'm getting there and will be down to a mid 6min easy within the next 2 months at the rate I'm going, pull ups I can do about 13,situps about 50. Definently improving every day!
