Hey guise, just wanted to get some input on some weapon systems. After a few close calls at work, I think it's time for me to pick up a weapon. The only problem is that I know next to nothing about handguns. Anything that ya'll would recommend? I want something compact, but with stopping power. TIA!

I like the S&W 9MM compact. It's not very big, but it packs a hell of a punch. It's also cheap.

Man your job is getting more dangerous
For simple protection you can't really go wrong with a glock. I personally prefer the SA XD .40. Get with Broken Arrow here on the boards. He runs a local gun shop and is a helluva gunsmith! Very knowledgeable and great guy. I think his name is Rich? I forget

Got these in the shop. 9mm Steyr M9A1. Loaded with some +P or +P+ ammo, you get low recoil, but with .357 Magnum power.

Time to get the meet going strong again. I need your guys' help to regulate. Even if one of our guys does something stupid, they will be unwelcome. I need you all to support that.

I don't work at the shop full time. But I do the gunsmithing all the time (since I'm still off on disability from work).

Give me a call bro!
