well over here in vacaville the private security has tried kicking out the homeless people asking for money but the cops won't kick them out because they actually buy stuff and have recipt to prove it. so yeah basically if everyone buys something then yes it's true you can't get kicked out.

haha this reminds me of my senior project where I joined this group in SF to test how public 'privately owned public spaces are'. big buildings are required to provide a public space in downtown SF so we tried doing yoga in lobbys and flying kites on terraces. I think my supervisor got kicked out of a lobby for being in his underwear haha. it's all on the internet somewhere

The area is meant for shoppers and customers. As long as we're customers, then they can't do ****. Other than pop your hoods lol. But if we're not near the cars, then they can't even do that..
