Any of you military folk have an extra ruck sack I could possibly borrow? My regular gym duffle back just ain't doable when it comes to wearing it while bike riding to the gym. If you're willing to let me borrow it for a little while until I get mine please gimme a call

it's probably water weight, you should try a supplement called taraxatone. it will take a way that extra water weight. . .it works really well. stay away from sodiums. .

Oh ya I definently know about high sodium intake...raises blood pressure and makes you retain water. I'll take a look into that supp. and see how it is maybe, but for right now I'm going to try and just drop it and not rely on a dehydration method because I may not get that opportunity the night before MEPS. I know a decent chunk of it is water weight though since your intestines/other tissues retain a good chunk, plus I'm drinking a gallon a day just to make sure I don't retain any and keep myself hydrated anyways.

LOL eh that doesn't bother me, trust me....I can sit on the pot for a loooooong time and have done it before but I'd prefer not having excuse myself during the middle of the exam to take a dump lol. I'd honestly like to loose the excess blubber first and only do that as a last ditch effort.

Thanks again for the rucksack Mark! I started packing it, test fitting it, playing around with it, its like I'm a kid with a new toy!
It doesn't even feel all that bad with my junk in it, but then again its only gym clothes and not an extra 80lbs on my back. Now I gotta see how its going to feel while riding my bike tomorrow mornin
