I've stopped doing weights and focus on calesthetics for right now. I follow this program then do another round of cardio in the afternoon/evening for about 40min.

- Pushups - 10-20
- Regular Crunches - 20
- Bench dips - 10-20
- Reverse Crunches - 20
- Pullups - max reps or pull-downs - 10
- Hanging Knee up
- Stretch abs/lowerback

Cardio option 20-30:00
Run, bike, walk, swim etc

Tuesday & Friday
Legs and Love Handles

Repeat 4-5 times

- Walk, bike or jog 5:00
- Stretch legs
- Squats - 20
- Lunges 10 / leg
- Left crunches - 25
- Right crunches - 25
- Hip rollers - 10/side
- Stretch abs / lowerback
5:00 / stretch

Wednesday
LONG Cardio Day
- 45-60 minutes of walking, running or combination of the two
- Or biking, swimming, elliptical gliding machines
I do a lotta different stuff, most of it is weighted but not in your conventional sense. I use a weighted sled and pull/push it on the indoor track. Lot of dynamics involved. Running, swimming, biking, etc. for cardio but there again I do it differently. 1min. of pushups (as many as I can), 1min. of sprints, 2min rest. I do that about 4-5 times.

Sounds like definently a good routine. I just finally realised in the beginning of the year that my normal weight lifting routine stuff won't mean jack **** for when I go to BMT lol. I finally got it through my thick stubborn skull that it's all about cardio and endurance

Here is the link to the results from that auto cross, I did not do that well but then it was my first time. I was in the Street Touring Ultra (stu) class.

I would like to say I had a good time but... yeah... not so much. Had to pay $35.00, ok I'm cool with that. Then I had to work 2 an 1/2 hours as a corner worker... huh? Why did I have to pay and have to work? Ok what ever that’s fine but it just seemed like every one was a ***** and better then me. I don’t mean skill; I mean that nose stuck up in the air type attitude. I may and I stress MAY continue but don't know.

that's too bad everyone had to be like that, i thought all these types of events are about fun and safety. it just ruins it when people treat you like that. i'd say fu*k them, and try somewhere else next time, i sure would.
don't let it bother you man.... you would smoke all of them if it was a track day, you know that.
