Any officer can do it really. Most folks go down to the CHP station in town on Travis Blvd. and get it signed off. Just throw the stock CBE on and have it signed then throw the other one back on.

Why? Gotta smog the wrx?

 

I'm looking at buying another car but there is no way in hell it will pass. The owner can smog it before the sale but after that I'm pretty much screwed.

If they referred you to the BAR station on the SCC campus I can let you borrow my Silencer for the Nur Spec R. brings the decibels down to the legal limit.

that would be sweet bro thanks... i have a silencer for my greddy ti-c, is the nur spec one better or same thing? and another thing is i have catless turbo back and cut out the resonater that came with the greddy cat back... i think im screwed and just gotta throw on the stock cat back... unless you guys think otherwise
