i went to the track yesterday.. sac raceway.. halfway down the track started to hear thumping sound.. soo i slowed down.. took the exit and pulled right over... got out.. looked under.. couldnt see much.. it was dark.. put it to 1st gear.. it will move mayybe 1-2mph then it wont grab and starts makin tht thumping noise again... any ideas?

 

snapped axle or cv joint. really doubt its your driveshaft. you must have had a nice launch! did you put the dccd in full lock so you're able to drive it?

 

anybody have experience with the passport 9500i radar detector... thanks for any input

Yeah, I picked it up that and a midpipe came with it. I am going to toss the stock rotors back on and get a base line dyno. After that I will start putting everything back on to see what kind of difference it makes.

Yeah I alive. For the past 6 weeks I have had Satuday off only, wicked amouts of over time. Then my UTA's as well. So yeah pretty busy.

I will be out in yall's neck of the woods three times this year. Twice for a weekend then later on for two full weeks. I will get you guys the dates here soon.

O yeah and one other thing I was gone for a DAY and you guys put up THREE NEW page's. Maken it tuff to keep up! lol


Missed one of the questions:
The noise, yaeh it is still making it on cold cold days. So its not the axels. The good news is I get brand new front axels for nothing go me! I am thinking it has to do with the Whiteline anti lift kit is on there. That is my only guess.
