hateroo, it doesnt help you train better overall, your crazy for thinking that. The treadmill actually asists with your running, for instance, i can run 3 miles on a treadmill no problem. The second i try that on the street, i feel like im going to die.
It will help you learn how to control your breathing, help you force yourself, can help you with sprints, simulate inclines when you can't get to a natural one, etc. etc. I'm not saying tredmil is a replacement for the real thing, but its a good substitute with variety.
