i would consider picking up an integra as a beater car, smashing in silvs is hella fun.

and another point... so im not picking on you, whens the last time the starlet was driven lol... i know it needs a starter, but silv wants to sell it and its just taken up space.

its not the ability people lack as much as the willingness to give up what they would. anyone can get a loan, but there are many things that cant be bought.

Take it from the resident parts *****.... aka ME

used VF39 w/ or w/out the infamous crack that won't actually hurt anything...usually goes for about $350-450

used pink jdm injectors usually go for about $250. Just make sure the O-rings are in good condition or just get some new ones for a few bucks. You can get stock 06-07 wrx injectors which are pretty much the same as jdm pinks for $350 new.

I'm personally going to go for the VF39 & JDM Pink Injector setup since the turbos are all fairly similar and will all achieve what I hope to accomplish (moooaaar power haha.) Also this allows me to use the cobb OTS VF39 w/pinks map until I get protuned. Did you already get a new fuel pump too? You're going to need that of course.

 

^ is a fuel pump absolutely necessary? I think I heard Eric say that it wasn't before... but if it is, anyone have one for sale? haha

Honestly it's in your best intrest to buy a walbro 255lph kit for about $100-120 new and will deliver more than enough fuel for your bigger turbo & injectors. The last thing you want to do is starve your car of fuel. It's cheap, it's going to be needed, and you can install without being tuned so if you want to buy the pump now...you can and then install it and then at a later time you can install the new turbo/injectors. Thats what I did

What does it matter to you the last time I drove the sti or started it? Is there a certain rule as to when I have to fire it up or drive it. Maybe there's underlying reasons why I haven't been able to buy the replacement parts yet. No need to tell you since everything gets out in the open. As u already know I have no trunk or front bumper. IMO I don't feel safe driving like that.

I'm not sure what happening with it, thats between them two. I haven't heard anything, but if Brett did sell him a defective AP I will have a talk with him.

 

I got it from a fellow member here. And coincidently he too had a blaze yellow bugeye so it was painted and ready to go. Also got fog covers from him too
