Let me know if you need help with the swap. BTW just to add my two cents (and it's just my opinion so take it with a grain of salt) your better off finding a USDM 2.5 or anything JDM STI V7 or newer. The EJ20TT in stock trim has a very limited aftermarket plus you'll pay a fortune in re-wiring.

2.5 Hybrid (2.5 block with 2.0 heads) or just get a nice 2.5L and swap it in with a vf34 or if baller enough a GT35

For a number of reasons Steven. For 1 you already have them, 2 you can use your stock ECU, 3 all you need is the short block. The down side to this is you'll want to completely build your heads to match the flow needed to extract the full potential of a 2.5L block. If your going through the trouble you'll want to do this.

Anyone know of a 02/03 WRX WRB with sti wing, jdm/edm head lights, carbon fiber trunk, some kinda body kit and tinted windows in the fairfield area? I saw it on 80W near the truck scales @ around 6:30am today. Looked pretty clean

also the 2.0 heads bump the compression up a bit which is good for spool and there are many aftermarket cams available for non-avcs heads.
